Project progress – learning process
If further points become relevant, they will be listed here.
(1) A NADEUM member has already taken the first step towards submitting a project. We noticed that everything was photographed with a smartphone and sent to us.
(3) All documents, whether they are your ID cards, passports or national ID cards, must be scanned. Why? Because they are lying on a flat surface. This allows them to show their original colour patterns. Because your passport photos are not distorted by external light.
(5) This is a letter to all members. We are all in a learning process here. Once you have successfully completed your projects, whether small or large, you will most likely be able to do this yourself in the future.
So, the first step is for you, if you are the head of a CBO or SHG, to send us your complete statutes in Word. This is mandatory!
We will then create a sample project based on your specifications.
This is because every additional piece of correspondence costs time.
If further points become relevant, they will be listed here
(2) Other members also sent us the formats in various ways. This is also not professional in the eyes of international institutions.
(4) All documents must be in .doc or .docx format. They must be easy for us to edit. If this is not the case, we will return the documents to you.
(6) So what do we need to make a professional impression both nationally and internationally? Because one thing must be clear to you! You are not the only ones asking for support from higher levels or supporting organisations. Those who present themselves best have a better chance than those who believe they will receive support quickly. You will also gain a much better reputation. People will be happy to work with you. We all want to be among the best. Right?
(7) We also need a decision on how we should proceed. [See nadeum.at: https://nadeum.at/en/make-decisions/#page-content]
What do we need from you?
- Scanned copies of all national ID cards of the persons responsible for this project. (Already described in point (5).)
- We need a CV (Europass, see: https://nadeum.at/de/membership/#page-content) from all persons involved.
Why?
If institutions ask who is responsible for what, this is your showcase of your skills. This can be crucial. We want to be able to do as much preliminary work as possible without the subsidy agencies having to ask for more information.
