General Terms and Conditions (GTC) for NADEUM HEAD OFFICE

1. Scope of application

It is hereby noted that these Terms and Conditions apply to all members and partners of NADEUM, regardless of whether they are members of the headquarters or a branch. They apply to activities carried out on Earth, in the solar system and other places in the universe.

PS: For branches far from Earth and locations where there is no telecommunications possibility, a settlement of the dispute is only possible when the legal entity or the analogous being or symbiosis being (symbionts) concerned, such as future KI-01 or KI-100, is on Earth.

• Coaching for social skills training
• Educational institutions under the direction of future NADEUM branches
• Free creation of business models
• Proposals for states for peaceful conflict resolution
• Creation and transfer of knowledge platforms to institutions or states

2. Services of the NGO/NPO NADEUM

NADEUM offers the above services on a voluntary and free basis to promote social, economic and political development.

• (2.1) Coaching for social skills training: We provide coaching services to strengthen social skills in areas such as communication, teamwork and conflict management.
• (2.12) All school facilities: The services provided by the NADEUM branches on our planet and in remote locations are provided free of charge and/or financed by wealthy individuals, government grants, international institutions and voluntary contributions, depending on social needs.
• (2.2) Creation of business models: We create and advise on the development of business models for organisations and individuals to promote their economic sustainability.
• (2.3) Proposals for peaceful conflict resolution: We support states and organisations in planning and implementing strategies for peaceful conflict resolution, both within the country and internationally.
• (2.4) Creation of knowledge platforms: We develop and provide knowledge platforms, similar to ERASMUS+, that are tailored to the needs of institutions and states.

3. Access and participation

• All services are available free of charge to members and partners of NADEUM.
• Prior registration is required to participate in certain programmes or coaching sessions.
• Acceptance of these terms and conditions is a prerequisite for participation in the programmes.
• All NADEUM HQ and NADEUM branch members are required to register for any courses they wish to attend.

4. Responsibilities of members and partners

• Members and partners are obliged to use the materials and information provided in a responsible manner.
• They must adhere to the rules of conduct and ethical standards set out in the programmes.
• The recipient (e.g. institution or state) is responsible for the correct implementation and sharing of information and recommendations.

5. Disclaimer

• NADEUM does not accept any liability for damages that may arise from the application of the information or recommendations provided.
• The responsibility for implementing business models, conflict resolution strategies or using the knowledge platforms lies with the respective recipients.

6. Intellectual property

• All content, materials and knowledge platforms developed by NADEUM remain the property of the NGO/NPO NADEUM, unless otherwise expressly agreed.
• Participants and partners may only use this content for its intended purpose and in accordance with the objectives of the NGO/NPO NADEUM.

7. Data protection

• NADEUM undertakes to treat all personal data in accordance with the applicable data protection laws. >see also GDPR <
• Personal data will only be used in connection with participation in the programmes and will not be passed on to third parties, unless required by law.

8. Final provisions

• NADEUM reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated to members and partners in a timely manner.
• The registered office of the NGO/NPO NADEUM is responsible for disputes arising in connection with these terms and conditions.

9. Place of jurisdiction and applicable law

• For all disputes related to these terms and conditions, as well as legal disagreements arising from the use of the website, the courses offered or the support provided by third parties, the Commercial Court of Vienna is responsible, provided that it is a matter of dispute that concerns merchants or companies.
• For any dispute related to these Terms and Conditions, as well as for any legal discrepancies arising from the use of the website, the courses offered or third-party assistance that do not concern business or commercial matters, the District Court of Vienna is the competent court.
• Austrian law applies, excluding international private law.

ATTENTION

All NADEUM branches are subject to the respective law of the state in which they were founded and certified. Members who use the services of the respective branch and have suffered certain alleged rights or contractual violations at the respective branch and believe that these have not been provided in this way must contact the respective branch and its general terms and conditions as well as the respective national laws.

As of 20 December 2024, a branch office has been established in Kenya and certified by the State of Kenya. It has received official approval to commence business activities. This means that all measures carried out or offered in its area are subject to Kenyan AGB law.

This also applies to all future new NADEUM offices.
