Once you have completed your exercise today, enter your findings in the corresponding field. If you still lack experience, simply practice this development step for another day. At the end of the diary: Look forward to your next learning session.

We wish you lots of fun and interesting insights.

Andreas Andiel has summarised the world’s most recognised know-how from the most proven success instructions for personal satisfaction and professional success in the context of the ‘12 natural laws for success’. And it is precisely this elite know-how that forms the basis for every online course in the areas of communication, self-motivation and motivation of others, as well as mental strength.

A few more important details…

Every evening, as the last action of the day, you fill out your personal diary and record your experiences of the day.

  • Important: This step of writing is very important for sustainable development. The following content is based on previous experiences! Only by registering your experiences in the training area can you make your progress tangible for yourself.

You can repeat the previous content and also read again and again what you have written down.

At regular intervals (every 7 units), you will take a short interim test with your coach. This helps you to consolidate your learning progress, discuss what you have learned with your coach and thus consolidate your knowledge.

At times, you may think that an exercise has little to do with your profession or your personality. The course is structured didactically. Please do not skip any knowledge or exercises – trust that each step is important.

  • For example: Professional athletes always start with a warm-up, constantly work on their fitness, strengthen their technique, and then move on to the game structure and a decisive competition. In professional sports, there is no ‘I already know that’ or ‘I don’t need that’

So complete each session before moving on to the next. Stay in the same session for two or three days if necessary. Train at your own pace.

(This is your first task. Read it carefully. If you have any questions, please contact your coach at the WhatsApp number: +43 660 7621873) [You will see all laws again and again in all steps. When the text is blue, you are in the current exercise].

No. 01 – The Law of Responsibility

Taking responsibility means taking advantage of a great opportunity. And without taking responsibility in society, there will be no successful engagement in society. By consciously taking responsibility for my own thinking, I recognise the creative possibilities in my own area and gain personal freedom.

No. 02 – The Law of Learning –

Learning from ‘mistakes’ means improving the path until it leads to the achievement of a goal. Get out of the ‘mistake game’! The main topics in this unit are solution-oriented, constructive thinking and action, positive interaction with one’s own environment and the acceptance of all feedback as an indicator for optimising one’s own path.

No. 03 – The Law of Will –

The difference between dreams, desires and intentions. How to develop a determined willpower. Recognising your own goals, developing a goal plan, determining the necessary effort and learning to develop a strong will for activities for yourself (and others) that will enable you to achieve your goal in the first place.

No. 04 – The Law of Action –

Knowing when to act, what to do, and how to do it is the basis of every project. After completing the planning and decision-making, it is now a matter of moving from talking to action and focusing all energies on the start-up phase.

It is important to trust in yourself. However, it is just as important that society/the environment builds trust in us! One of the most important prerequisites for this is reliability, which in turn is based on personal responsibility and time/self-management.

No. 06 – The law of reality –

It is not always necessary to see everything the way everyone else sees it. However, it is crucial to know how others focus on learning to deal with it and to achieve a more understanding approach to your environment. Empathy, understanding and tolerance are key skills for living together in harmony.

No. 07 – The law of adaptation –

Everyone is on their own at first. The closer you are to someone else, the closer you are to them. And the more you get. Conscious adaptation or non-adaptation must be used in combination with a responsible approach to one’s own environment. By consciously deciding to adapt or not to adapt, the individual gains personal freedom and strength.

No. 08 – The Law of Leadership –

The basics of ‘alpha leadership’ and how to use them correctly. The right balance between ‘leading’ and ‘letting lead’. In this unit, it is also important to learn how to consciously use the instrument of ‘letting lead’ and thus create valuable conditions for teamwork and/or team leadership.

No. 09 – The Law of Balance –

Recognising a balance between ‘giving’ and ‘taking’. The balance of body, mind and soul must be established in order to achieve the same performance. It is also important to consider compensation to third parties. ‘If you want to reap, you must first sow’. Those who are aware that they will always have to pay for the desired person in the form of services, resources, etc. will achieve their goals more easily and be appreciated by their fellow human beings for their efforts.

No. 10 – Law of Growth –

Everything grows through the alternation of push and pause. Those who handle it correctly get the most out of it. Continuous action leads to growth and success. This unit conveys the positive aspects of consistent action, the basic requirements for success in every activity (private or professional).

No. 11 – Law of Defence –

Knowing when, what and how to successfully defend yourself gives you the gentle calm of self-confidence. Develop a ‘we’ thinking in a conflict situation and find solutions together that everyone can support. This unit also provides basic skills for harmonious interaction with your professional, family and social environment.

No. 12 – The Law of Usefulness –

When we give others what they want, they give us everything, according to the value we create for them. Increasing the value means getting more. Knowing one’s own value leads to a strong personality that is able to act calmly and sensibly in all situations and to shape one’s own life.

The LAW in TRUST

🧭 Law No. 05 – The Law of Trust

(‘The Law of Trust’)

🌟 Basic meaning

‘Trust is the bridge between your intention and its fulfilment.’

The Law of Trust states that once you have made a decision and taken the first steps, you must develop a deep trust in the process, in life, in your abilities and in the greater whole. It is the antidote to fear, doubt and constant control.

Without trust, many projects remain half-hearted, tense or fail due to inner insecurity.

🔍 Key principles of the law

  1. Trust is active letting go
    • Trust does not mean waiting passively – it means taking action and not forcing the rest.
  2. Mistrust creates blockages
    • When you don’t trust yourself, others or life, you block your natural flow.→ Doubt drains energy.
  3. Trust grows with experience
    • By consciously taking small steps and succeeding, self-confidence grows – a muscle that can be trained.
  4. Trust requires decision
    • Trust is not an emotion, but a choice: ‘I choose to trust – despite uncertainty.’
  5. Deep inner peace comes from trust
    • Those who trust live with less fear and stress – and with more presence.

🧘‍♂️ In spiritual or cultural practice

Tradition Understanding of trust

Christianity Faith is ‘firm confidence in what you cannot see’ (Hebrews 11:1)

Islam Tawakkul: Absolute trust in God’s plan

African philosophy Trust in the wisdom of elders and in the balance of the cosmos

Buddhism Trust in the ‘path’ (Dharma) and the inner teacher

Indigenous systems Trust in the land, the cycles of nature, the powers of the ancestors

🧠 Trust on four levels

  1. Self-confidence→ I am capable of overcoming challenges.
  2. Trust in others→ Not everyone is perfect, but I allow connection and cooperation.
  3. Trust in life/fate→ Everything has a meaning, even if I don’t see it (yet).
  4. Trust in a higher power/God/the universe→ I am guided. I am supported.

⚙️ Practical application

Area Exercise for trust

Personal development Say one positive affirmation every day

Entrepreneurship Don’t try to secure decisions 100%, but trust the process

Relationships Communicate openly – even when vulnerability becomes apparent

Spirituality Meditate or pray without trying to ‘force’ anything

💬 Quote for further reflection

‘Trust is taking the first step even when you can’t see the whole staircase.’

— Martin Luther King Jr.

Summary

The law of trust reminds you:

  • Not to have to control everything.
  • Not to let fear stop you on your path.
  • That you can rely on life – and on yourself.

No. 05: THE LAW OF TRUST

Trust is a big word and at the same time a real challenge. Who has a healthy self-confidence, appears authentic and goes definitely easier through life.

Trusting others is another chapter. Because experiences and disappointments promote distrust. Finding the right balance between both aspects is shown in this chapter.

Why don’t you start right away with the self-test in the next module?

Self-test TRUST

With self-confidence it is such a thing – some have too little, others too much!

Find out whether there is action required for you

1. Do you have the feeling that there are people with whom you still have a score to settle?

Yes, there are.

No, I am not resentful.

2. Imagine you were 18 years old again. Would you approach your life completely differently?

Yes, I often think about it.

No, why should I?

3. Are you uncomfortable going to a party where you don’t know anyone but the host?

Yes, that makes me feel uncomfortable.

No, that’s exciting after all.

4. Would you like a doctorate?

Yes

No

5. Do you find it annoying when someone says to you: “You are like your mother/father!” ?

Yes, I find that annoying.

No, I see that as a compliment.

6. You are abroad and do not speak the language of the country. Are you afraid that you will be cheated?

Yes, that can happen.

No, I don’t assume that.

7. If laughter suddenly breaks out in a larger group, do you often have the feeling that it is about you?

Yes, sometimes this feeling creeps up on me.

No, they can’t mean me.

8. The stars are bad. Do you let horoscopes influence you?

Yes, even if I intend not to give anything to it.

No, I don’t let that spoil my mood.

9. Following every trend or individualist? Do you personally orient yourself on in and out lists, bestseller promises and similar rankings?

Yes, I’ll take a closer look.

No, I form my own opinion.

10. Assumed, you are entrusted with a project that demands a lot of creativity and discretion. Do you still exchange ideas with a person you trust?

Yes, I promise improvement.

No, I strictly follow the rules of the game.

11. Aren’t you not too specific about making appointments??

Yes, I promise improvement.

No, I’m always there five minutes earlier.

12. Do you often catch yourself promising more than you can keep?

Yes, that can happen.

No, I am rather reserved with promises.

13. Have you ever secretly read the SMS of your girlfriend/friend?

Yes, I confess, I have.

No, I would never do that.

Count all Yes or No together and note the result on a separate sheet of paper. In the next window you will receive your score.

Evaluation

THE LAW OF TRUST

Count all YES and NO together.

0 to 1 times YES

You have an excellent self-confidence, and you give others the impression of an authentic personality. You know your strengths and use them to compensate for your weaknesses. Trusting yourself is a gift that often goes hand in hand with discipline and personal responsibility. Those who trust themselves can also trust others.

2 to 4 times YES

Yeah, you know your weaknesses and you’re working on them. Your self-confidence carries you over many stumbling blocks, but every now and then there are clangers. You are probably not completely free of envy and self-doubt, but the rare attacks you get by self-knowledge quite well under control. And because you yourself know best what is lacking, you work on it.

5 to 7 times YES

Your self-confidence has probably had to endure a few bitter disappointments in the past – and these experiences continue to have an effect. However, it would be fatal if you were to remain in the resulting rigidity of shock for even longer – because you can, in theory. Try to come to terms with past experiences and thereby lay the foundation for future self-confidence.

8 to 13 times YES

You don’t trust yourself or anyone else. This is not a happy starting position for a satisfied life. All too often you act against your intuition and feel so caught up in so many constraints and obligations that it almost takes your breath away. Only a RESET can help. Find out who or what causes or promotes this uncertainty. Under certain circumstances it is necessary to separate from certain things or people, in order to set a development to more self-confidence in motion.

Look forward to your next recognition.

Recognition Unit 61:

There are people who are aware that they have to take responsibility for themselves, who are willing to learn in the right way, who have the firm will to reach their goal, who have actively decided and started to act immediately – and who still fail.

What is happening here?

Well, these are mostly people who have no trust. No trust in others, no trust in the environment, no trust in society and – worst of all – no trust in themselves.

Do you know people who constantly mistrust everything and everyone?

Who constantly assume that everything goes wrong anyway. These people are constantly in their own way and can never be successful, even if they heed the previous four laws.

Whoever lives in constant doubt, with tormenting thoughts and mistrust of everything and everyone, it is impossible for him to carry out a positive development, let alone to go a successful way.

But where does this mistrust come from against oneself and everyone else?

Where does this permanent doubt about the achievement of one’s own goal come from?

Appropriate studies have shown the following:

In Central European countries, a child up to the age of 18 experiences an average of 150,000 (in words: one hundred and fifty thousand!) disparagements and negations.

So, for example:

• You can’t do that.

• You must not do that.

• This cannot happen.

• That is not possible.

• You don’t do something like that.

• You are too small for that.

• You are too ignorant for that.

• You are too inexperienced for that, and so on and so on.

Every person is shaped by issues that he experiences and perceives, and this imprint is rooted deeper the more he experiences and perceives these things.

If you know that, then you also know what the reason is for many people to constantly doubt everything and themselves. Which is the reason why they cannot trust their people, their environment and themselves.

Here I allow myself a very personal hint to you, if you have children:

Start with your children immediately with positive formulations, wherever these are possible.

Your children will thank you for it, you will feel better and, in our society, people will grow up who dare more – and exactly this is the basis for “winners”.

Exercise 61:

Check out the news tonight and read an entire daily newspaper. Note how often something negative and how often something positive is said.

Then calculate the resulting percentage.

Continued success with the implementation!

Recognition Unit 62:

Let’s take a look at a few examples of the small daily effects that the topic of trust has:

• Let’s first go back to your childhood.

Do you remember when you learned to ride a bicycle? It may be that you were highly gifted, but as a rule the process is the same for all children: At the beginning there are the first attempts with support wheels and at some point, these are removed and one parent runs constantly behind and holds the bike to the saddle, while we cover our first distances without support wheels.

Everything works perfectly and we are sure that we can cycle perfectly. We sit proudly on the bike.

At some point, the accompanying parent also thinks that we have actually learnt to let go of the saddle without us noticing, and we actually ride without help.

For how long?

Can you still remember?

In most cases exactly until we realize that we are no longer held. Exactly at this moment we suddenly can’t do it anymore and start to wiggle or even fall.

Why?

• Two people live in a partnership.

And this relationship would be harmonious and happy in and of itself, would not always be a part plagued of jealousy. She/he constantly suspects others in the game.

All assurances of the partner are useless. Again, and again the same suspicions emerge, which lead to discussions that degenerate into arguments. Although both people love each other, the partnership is destroyed bit by bit in this way.

Why?

• Do you do winter sports?

Let’s take a closer look at the secret of skiing. What’s the difference between the cramped fights downhill and the perfect, sweeping downhill?

All skiers among you will know it and every ski instructor will tell you: in a relaxed manner.

So why are so many skiers still so tense and tormenting themselves downhill instead of enjoying the descent in a relaxed way?

• Imagine a person who considers himself a good driver.

He drives accident-free for years and feels safe in traffic. One day, however, when turning into a side street, he has a harmless collision with a cyclist driving out of an adjacent garden at the same moment.

Nothing happened, our driver is innocent and the matter is quickly resolved. But from this point on something strange happens: The driver, who is so safe up to now, has three minor accidents within the next 14 days.

Has he suddenly forgotten how to drive a car?

• Imagine you have a sales talk, a discussion or want to convince someone.

Throughout the conversation, your counterpart agrees with all the arguments you enumerate. You are sure and it seems logical to you that you reach your desired goal. But at the end of the conversation, you unexpectedly get a rejection.

Surprised you ask yourself: “Why? This conversation went so well.”

Exercise 62:

Look for a sidewalk edge and walk along it for about 20 – 30 meters.

Then you stop and imagine a steep abyss opening up to the left and right of this edge – over 100 metres into the depth. Now you go the 20 – 30 meters over this edge again, knowing that you could fall into the depth with every wrong step.

Make a note of the difference you have noticed, especially in terms of your trust.

Continued success with the implementation!

Recognition Unit 63:

If we now take a look at why the situations described have proceeded in this way and not differently, we clearly see as the basis that trust was lacking in all cases:

Do you still remember when you learned to ride a bicycle?

… at some point, the parent who is on the run is also of the opinion that we actually learned it, let’s go of the saddle without our noticing it … when we realize it, we start to wobble or even fall.

Why?

Well, here your ability was based on trusting the parent.

You thought: “Nothing can happen to me. I’m being held.”

So, you concentrated on cycling and actually could. But when you realized that you were no longer being held, it drew your attention to everything that could happen.

You got scared, you no longer focused on cycling and – really couldn’t anymore.

You didn’t trust yourself yet.

• Two people live in a partnership.

And this relationship would be harmonious and happy in itself, would not always be a part plagued of jealousy. Although both people love each other, the partnership is destroyed bit by bit in this way.

Why?

Quite simply: One partner has no trust in the other.

He does not believe his partner when it comes to loyalty.

Without this trust, however, it cannot function.

• Let’s take a closer look at the secret of skiing: Coolness.

Why then are so many skiers still so tense and tormenting themselves downhill instead of enjoying the descent loosely?

The tension is usually caused by the fear that something might happen.

This fear in turn is the result of too little safety.

And safety develops out of self-confidence. If this is missing, you cramp.

• Imagine a person who considers himself a good driver.

He drives accident-free for years and feels safe in traffic. One day, however, when he turns into a side street, he has a harmless collision

… the so far so safe driver has three minor accidents within the next 14 days.

Has he suddenly forgotten how to drive?

No. Of course not.

But the first accident made him insecure. Now he is overcautious, almost afraid. That’s why he is now constantly occupied with what could still happen. And this makes his fear even greater.

The confidence in his own driving skills and that other road users behave correctly is getting smaller and smaller.

But a lack of trust leads to further insecurity, and this leads to wrong reactions – which can lead to further accidents.

Here confidence was lost.

• You have a sales talk, a discussion or want to convince someone… and at the end of the conversation you unexpectedly get a rejection.

Surprised you ask yourself: “Why? This conversation went so well.”

In this case you have usually won the arguments – but not the trust of your counterpart.

Without trust, however, you will not win a person for yourself.

Exercise 63:

Many things that we would like to do we do not do because we are afraid. These are exactly the things we look at now.

List here those things that you would like to do, but have never tackled out of fear.

Then write down what could happen in the worst case.

Continued success with the implementation!

Intermediate test 9:

Failures are often the result of a lack of energy.

I always resolve a conflict of interest on the level at which the actual problem is located.

The negative state during the action with regard to inner harmony is called:

Determination.

The most important thing is: determination and implementation.

Arguments are more important than winning the trust of a customer.

Recognition Unit 64:

We are coined by terms such as:

• Trust is good, control is better”,

• “Stay realistic.”

• “Be modest.”

• “Don’t overestimate yourself” and similar nonsense.

No wonder we are full of doubts.

But now we know that these doubts, this distrust of oneself and to others are completely unjustified. For all that can happen to you are personal indicators that you do not wish to see on your personal path.

But you also know that you need them to learn, to correct and to find your personal way to your personal goal.

It is essential to create a positive mind and thought base to focus all available energy on coping with development.

Because trust in personal abilities and trust in the feasibility of the path is essential for achieving the set goals.

But just as we should trust ourselves and the feasibility of our path, we should also trust our entire living environment to a certain degree. For if we had to constantly investigate whether all the facts we have assumed apply, we would no longer have time to go our personal way.

However, the extent to which one trusts one’s living environment must be actively decided on a case-by-case basis. For example, we can rely on the predictability of natural processes – but we cannot always rely on the predictability of chaotic events in nature (for example weather, earthquakes, volcanism, etc.).

In general, we rely on the security of technologies developed by us.

Without this trust, it would not be possible for us to actually use such technologies. Nevertheless, we must be aware of the risks that still exist and take them into account when making decisions about the use of a technology. Just as we generally trust in the effects of nature and technology, we also trust in the predictability of social and political developments.

In all these areas, however, it is your individual decision that you should actively and consciously make as to how far you trust whom.

Because if you trust your personal abilities and the practicability of your personal path completely, you will find that you see much more clearly what you have to pay attention to. And you will notice the same if you trust your environment in the areas you have decided.

You will recognize possible sources of danger much earlier and more concretely. However, your general doubts, your agonizing thoughts and your basic mistrust will disappear because there is no longer any reason for it.

In general, trust is the basis of your activity and here, too, you should make active and conscious decisions.

Once you have decided in this area, there is no reason for doubt.

Exercise 64:

Note those people you trust and those who trust you.

Write these people down in the diary in the next window.

Continued success with the implementation!

Recognition Unit 65:

Trust is the basis for all successful actions. Trust is the basis for satisfaction.

And it is not only about achieving more, but also – and above all – about our personality and charisma.

• A person who has little confidence in himself will have a different charisma than someone who is full of self-confidence.

• A person who always has doubts about everyone and everything will have a different effect on his fellow human beings than someone who trusts and shows people around them.

Choose for yourself whose personality and charisma you would like to have, how you would like to affect your surroundings.

And consider the law of responsibility in doing so!

Often, we get so far that we aim at a goal, decide and actually start to act. But if we then do not believe in our personal abilities, if we ourselves do not believe it is possible to assert ourselves in this area, if we are full of mistrust of everything and everyone, then we give up our way after a relatively short time and move into another area.

In the mistaken opinion that it will be much easier here.

But with any evasion, the result will be that we not only will not reach our goal but also weaken our biological and traditional fitness – that means we:

1. continue to lose our charisma and personality, and

2. the faith in ourselves is further weakened.

Please stand with your arm outstretched. Make a fist and put your thumb up. Now turn your thumb to the side outwards with your arm outstretched. Turn as far as you come and remember the point you reached with your thumb. Then turn back to your starting position and close your eyes.

Now you go in your mind – with closed eyes – once again along the whole way that your thumb has gone before. You arrive in the mind at the point that you remembered before and now go beyond this point with your thumb in your mind. In your imagination, turn the thumb a bit further.

Now you go back in thoughts again and when you have arrived at the starting position, open your eyes. Now please repeat the exercise with your eyes open. Observe how far you are now getting.

You see, if you can imagine something, it is much easier to do it.

And that is exactly how it is with trust. If you believe in something so that you can simply rely on it, that is half the battle.

Conversely, however, it is simply impossible for you to achieve something if you cannot even imagine it yourself – something in which not even you yourself believe.

Without trust, you will always get confirmation for your doubts.

Exercise 65:

List your strengths here.

All the things you can trust yourself about.

Continued success with the implementation!

Recognition Unit 66:

now this law also consists of a second part, which in general is much too little observed.

Namely, that one must not only trust, but that one must also give sufficient cause to be trusted!

For I must not only be sure of my social environment, but it must also be able to be sure of mine. I have to be a reliable, calculable factor for society, because only then my environment will have confidence in me and want to rely on me.

Because we always – no matter which way we go – depend on the interaction with other people, the trust of our environment in our person is absolutely indispensable for the achievement of our goal.

Only if you can be trusted and relied upon you will be involved in processes that bring you closer to your goal. Only then will you be able to ask other people – with the prospect of success – to support you in your path or to fully integrate them into your path.

How do you now achieve that your environment trusts you?

Now here, reliability is the first priority.

Far too often we experience that there is a difference between what people say and do. That is what I call the lied difference. And even if they are minor things – for example, announcing a call at a certain time, but then not to hear from you – these lied differences constantly fuel mistrust.

But if a person always does what he says, even with the little things of daily life (because it is these little things in particular that very quickly form an overall picture), over time he will get the reputation of being a reliable person.

A person on whom one can rely, a person whom one can trust. And this generally means a competitive advantage that should not be underestimated.

Ask yourself with whom you would rather aim for a goal! With whom you would rather do business, whom you would rather have as a friend:

Someone who does what he says, or someone with whom you repeatedly notice a lied difference?

So, don’t just trust yourself only, your way, your environment, but also present yourself to your surroundings as a trustworthy person.

From now on live according to the motto “I walk what I talk”!

You will notice that your personality and your charisma develop very strongly and positively.

Exercise 66:

Write down all your victories/successes so far of which you can be proud and from which you can gain confidence.

Continued success with the implementation!

Recognition Unit 67:

In the following cases you can optimally apply the law of trust in your private life. Take the statements of these examples and apply them to your personal situation.

• If you have children, then you should begin with the application of this law with their education.

This means that you use as little “negations” and “disparagements” as possible and try to direct both your attention and that of the child to the strengths of the child.

But it also means that you only praise it when there is something to praise honestly. So, without exception only pay attention to good performance.

If you praise “wrong”, meaning without good reason, the child will neither get to know its strengths nor be self-confident, but will quickly suffer from overestimation. It also involves showing your child how much he or she can trust you, how much you trust him or her, and how important it is to maintain this trust.

• In a life partnership you show your partner that you trust him and that he can trust you.

If you feel distrust in you, talk to your partner about it and ask him to help you strengthen your trust in him by explaining things you cannot understand or believe. Be aware – and make your partner aware – that trust is a strength that grows slowly.

But it can only grow if you take care of it continuously.

• If you have not already done so, you should absolutely keep all your promises to your friends and acquaintances.

This starts with appointments (punctuality!), extends to activities (reliability!) and includes above all consistent behaviour, meaning announcements followed by action (walk what you talk!).

In this way you will have the reputation of a reliable, consistent, serious person. And this distinguishes you quite advantageously from the many “chatterboxes” and “unreliable individuals”.

Accordingly, you gain personality and charisma.

• Concentrate on everything you do exclusively on your strengths.

Because when you deal with your weaknesses, they become stronger and stronger the more you think about them.

Never discard a weakness but get used to a new strength instead. The more you are aware of your strengths, the more you will be able to use them.

And the more confidently you will approach all situations.

This, in turn, creates that coolness that brings power and ability.

• Do only what you can believe in.

Not everything you believe in is possible – but it is certainly impossible for you to achieve something you do not believe in.

And in this context always think of the law of responsibility: People perceive you as you show yourself.

And you present yourself according to your inner attitude, according to what you believe.

Exercise 67:

Let a friend, partner or work colleague guide you blindly through your home, office or garden for 5 minutes (without touching, only through instructions) and write down your experiences here.

Continued success with the implementation!

Recognition Unit 68:

In the following cases you can apply the law of trust professionally. Take the statements of the examples and adapt them to your personal situation.

• Do not doubt your employees and colleagues.

And above all: Do not show this under any circumstances! Because if your environment feels that you actually don’t expect good performance and you don’t believe in the reliability of your fellow human beings – then they won’t usually feel any motivation for performance and reliability.

Where there is no trust, there is no need to justify it.

Give the employees and colleagues with whom you work the feeling that you trust them.

That you expect only the best performance and that you take every word out of their mouth at face value – not because you are a tyrant or a simpleton, but because you value your employees and colleagues so highly and know that they always deliver the best performance and are always absolutely reliable.

If you succeed in conveying this feeling correctly, the people in your environment will perform at their best and be very reliable.

• If you promise someone – no matter if colleague, employee, superior, customer or supplier – an appointment, then simply keep it exactly!

Whether it’s a phone call, an e-mail, a letter, the delivery of a product, a personal appointment or whatever: keep to every appointment exactly.

In the long run, you will only gain the reputation of a reliable partner by applying this simple rule.

• In order to motivate or remind yourself more easily to adhere to deadlines and to make your environment aware of your special reliability, you can choose very concrete, special deadlines.

So, for example instead of 15.30 o’clock (which would be usual) simply 15.27 o’clock (everyone remembers).

Or instead of: “It’ll be done in two days”, you say for example: “I took a close look at it. I can do it in 42 hours.”

But please also enter your appointments in this precession in your schedule.

You will remember this better, and your environment will become more aware of your reliability and adherence to schedules.

• It is important with all these points that you already consider yourself carefully when taking over a task, yet with the arrangement of an appointment:

“Can I do that in this time?” “

Do I even want to do that?”

Because to a large extent the unreliability of our fellow humans arises from the widespread bad habit of quickly making a promise when asked to do so. In order to “look good at the moment,” one confirms a job, an appointment – and only later thinks about how to actually do it.

Many people have unnecessary difficulties throughout their lives just because they have never learned to say “no”.

Confirm an appointment, a job, whatever, only if you have consciously considered and decided beforehand!

Exercise 68:

Recognition Unit 69:

1. Have confidence!

Trust yourself.

Trust your abilities and your way.

And trust yourself to trust your environment.

Show this trust too.

Walk calmly and self-confidently through life.

Show this self-confidence. Show your surroundings, tell your fellow human beings that you trust them and expect only the best from them.

Always assume that you create what you want and that you can expect the best performance and absolute reliability from your fellow human beings. Sure, you will sometimes be “disappointed”.

But a “disappointment” is nothing else than the “end of a deception”.

Accept this and trust this special person less in the future – but don’t let individual people destroy your trust in yourself and your fellow human beings.

Because then such a person would not only have “disappointed” you, but then you would also have allowed him to steal a part of your positive future from you.

Keep your trust – it is an essential power and therefore immensely important for your private satisfaction and your professional success.

2. Give confidence!

Be a reliable partner for your environment, your fellow human beings.

If you say something, then it may be exclusively the pure truth. If you announce something, then it must also happen like this or – if something changes in the conditions – you stand loudly to the fact that it does not happen like this, and announce this also accordingly. Agree on things only if you can and want to keep them.

Always make conscious decisions before you promise something and take your time with promises. Consider pledges as a valuable asset that you hand out very carefully.

Look at yourself every morning in the mirror and ask yourself: “Can you trust this person?”

If you now apply these two parts of the law of trust, you will find something very surprising:

With the necessary confidence in oneself and one’s surroundings, with the satisfaction and the secure feeling that the environment trusts you just as much, one achieves a state of resistance that allows one’s inner guidance through intuition and feeling.

And only in such a state does one have the necessary security and charisma to be able to influence one’s environment in the desired sense.

You will find that many things are suddenly much easier.

Consequence:

I trust my abilities as well as my way and my environment and I offer my environment enough reasons to trust me.

I live by the motto “I walk what I talk” and am a reliable partner for my environment. I leave doubts, fears and worries to come – analyse them and then make an active and conscious decision – but do not let them dissuade me from my comprehensive trust.

Exercise 69:

From today until the end of the law of reality (Exercise 90) make only fixed dates and promises and keep them.

Then rate here how exactly (+), inaccurately (-) or perhaps even earlier or better than promised (+++) you kept all dates, promises etc.

Recognition Unit 70:

WHY AND IN WHICH POINTS IS THE LAW OF TRUST IMPORTANT FOR YOUR BODY?

Well, first and foremost it’s about your body constantly sending different signals to you. Whether it is hungry, thirsty, tired or anything else – it indicates this to you by sending you the corresponding signals.

And these signals are valid – first of all, to understand – this is what we trained in the law of learning – and – second, you should trust these signals as well.

Many people disregard such signs of the body for far too long. They usually find themselves in very unpleasant situations and then ask themselves the question, usually too late: “

Why didn’t I listen to my body earlier, trust the signals?”

In order to feel good in the long run, to stay healthy or to become healthy and to find oneself beautiful – we need constant communication with our body and an understanding of the signs it gives us.

But in order to understand these signs correctly and to be able to react optimally to them, we should trust our body and its signals.

Simply take seriously when we feel signs of fatigue, limpness, thirst etc. Do not ignore them, but trust that our body already knows what it wants to tell us.

When you do this, you suddenly have the best fitness trainer, doctor and plastic surgeon in one: your body itself.

Just trust his signs and do what he shows you with his signals.

Secondly, your body must be able to trust you.

What does that mean?

Well, quite simply: Your body has its own will, its own rhythm. And in order to be able to adapt, your body must be able to adjust to your mental will.

But for this it must be able to trust you that you do not constantly over- or underchallenge it.

• For example, during sleep. For example, your body gets used to a certain time when you go to sleep and to a certain time when you get up. If you change these times abruptly and continuously, your body will react quite negatively.

• The same will happen to you if you constantly change your eating habits, your drinking habits, etc. You will then suddenly suffer from loss of appetite or gain extreme weight because your body can no longer properly utilize and much more. • Or if you start once with fitness, then take a long break again, start again with fitness, take a break again – and torture your body without any rhythm. And possibly even overexert your body during the fitness phases.

The only thing you will achieve is that fitness is not fun. Yes, that your body will even defend itself against it over time.

Intermediate test 10:

Trust in my abilities and my path is indispensable.

It is possible to achieve something that I do not believe in myself.

Reliability is less important than self-confidence.

Live from now on according to the motto “I walk what I talk”!

It is important that the intensity of the actions does not diminish during the “pauses for success”.

Recognition Unit 71:

What happens if we violate the law of trust in relation to

our body?

Let’s look at some typical examples from our daily lives:

• Peter, who works a lot, sometimes feels a really leaden tiredness.

His body sends him very clear signals that he simply needs sleep – regeneration time – to replenish his reserves. Peter notices this tiredness, but doesn’t go into it any further.

“When sleeping, I decide” he thinks.

And that the mind needs only three hours of sleep, the rest is pure body control. He simply has no time to sleep and he already knows what he needs, Peter thinks. He would never get the idea that he should trust the signals of his body. For him, these signs of fatigue are just annoying complaints.

One day Peter gets a strange sting in his chest. Then he gets dizzy and black in front of his eyes.

And when he regains consciousness in the clinic and realizes what happened to him, he asks himself: “Why didn’t I pay attention to the signals of my body earlier?”

• Sabine has decided to lose weight.

In a few weeks the bathing season will be open and now a few kilos have to be gone as soon as possible. So, she decides to simply eat less.

Sabine now wants to eat only half of what she normally eats. That goes quite well for a few days. But then Sabine starts to feel really tired. After a few more days she gets real stomach cramps.

“Ok, that’s normal. You have to go through that,” Sabine thinks. She also manages the diet and actually loses the desired kilos.

Two weeks later Sabine – although she really paid attention while eating – gained weight again. She weighs only fourteen days after the diet again as much as before the diet. And she desperately wonders how that is possible. She had tormented herself so much and lost weight so well and now everything was in vain. Well, if Sabine had listened to her body, she would have noticed that this diet was not good for her body.

And what doesn’t do him good, what he doesn’t want – the body will regulate that immediately at the first opportunity.

If Sabine had listened to the signs of the body, she would have found a balanced diet with which her body would have agreed. And this diet would then have had lasting success.

• A good example for “The body cannot trust the signals of its owner” are the many hobby sportsmen, who always get the fitness mania in spring/summer and do almost nothing in autumn/winter.

The body needs continuity. He has to be able to “trust” that there will be a continuous strain.

Only then he begins to adjust to it and build muscle endurance and strength. If, however, we repeatedly strain our body (perhaps even overload it) and then do nothing for a while, it no longer “trusts” us – and there will be no build-up.

And we will have to start all over again at every start.

Exercise 71:

Pay attention today again exactly to your dates and promises and keep these.

Then rate here how exactly (+), inaccurately (-) or perhaps even earlier or better than promised (+++) you kept all appointments, promises etc.

Continued success with the implementation!

Recognition Unit 72:

Let us now consider how we could positively apply the above-mentioned points of the law of trust to our body:

Peter, who works a lot, sometimes feels a really leaden tiredness.

His body sends him very clear signals that he simply needs sleep – regeneration time – to replenish his reserves. Peter notices these signals and trusts that his body already knows when to step back. So, he reschedules some appointments so that he is home a few days earlier and can go to sleep earlier.

He loses a few working hours and, in those days, when he sleeps more and consciously rests, he easily falls behind with his projects, but after a few days of “stepping down” he feels noticeably better. He feels more comfortable, fresher and full of energy again.

Full of energy, he gets to work, quickly catches up with his workload and realizes that suddenly many new ideas come to him and he’s just bubbling over with creativity. His work colleagues also notice his pleasant, positive charisma.

Peter feels really well again.

• Sabine has decided to lose weight.

In a few weeks the bathing season will be open and now a few kilos have to be taken away as soon as possible. So, she decides to consciously pay attention to her diet in the next few weeks. When shopping, she checks exactly how many calories and fat each food has. She pays attention to a balanced and healthy composition during the preparation. And she pays particular attention to how her body reacts to these foods.

During some meals Sabine notices that she feels unwell. She simply notices that her body does not agree with these foods. So, she immediately stops eating these foods and tries new ones.

Over time, she finds out which foods help her lose weight and do her body good at the same time. From these foods she then filters out all those that she really likes. And already Sabine has her new figure-conscious and tasty nutrition plan. And because she likes the meals, she stays with them.

But this in turn means that she suddenly eats a permanently healthier and more conscious diet with regard to her figure. And with this she loses weight all by itself – without much effort and without waiving – and keeps her desired weight without any problems.

Sabine simply trusted the signals of her body.

• A good example for “the body can trust the signals of its owner” are the few hobby sportsmen, who do sport regularly.

They challenge and promote their body continuously. Thus, the body becomes accustomed to the exercises, and it begins to develop accordingly. He can “trust” that there will be an ongoing strain.

And so, he begins to adjust to it and build up muscles, endurance and strength. And his owner feels good and fit all the time.

He, makes sure that his body can “trust” him.

Recognition Unit 73:

WHAT DOES THE LAW OF TRUST MEAN FOR OUR INNER HARMONY?

In general, the following principle applies: Those who have no basic confidence cannot have self-confidence.

But what is basic confidence?

Basic trust can best be explained by the complete and free trust of an infant. Simply the feeling that nothing can really happen to you. That I have the feeling that fate is good to me. That there are always hands that would catch me if I fell.

If I don’t have this feeling, I should remember all the good things that have happened to me in my life, how many situations I’ve had a “guardian angel” in. And then it will become more and more clear to me that I have every reason for a basic trust. Because there are “hands” that catch me again and again and fate always means well with me.

This feeling is immensely important for self-confidence, which is based on a balanced inner harmony.

If I don’t have this feeling, I find it very difficult to trust someone else. Because, unfortunately, people always extrapolate from themselves to others.

And if I don’t believe that I can trust, then I don’t believe that someone trusts me, let alone that I can trust someone else. And then my life will always be determined by mistrust, fear and doubt.

Trust in my own abilities also plays an important role.

I can only trust in my abilities if I try them out. If I only do things in my head and never in reality, I can’t get self-confidence. Only by doing and going through difficulties I gain confidence in myself.

When I master difficult things, I am stronger afterwards and have much more confidence in my power than before. So, trust also includes the ability to go through difficult situations, even when I am afraid.

Especially the interpersonal area is very important for inner harmony. If I experience difficult situations with my partner and solve them in a really tough, reasonable way, I have much more trust in this person afterwards than if I do not deal with him.

In the interpersonal field it is always important that the confrontation with the other person provides something for me. An inner touch, a touch of the heart, because the touch of the heart leads to trust.

Trust means “being able to let go”. “To be able to let go” means to be sure. And certainty creates harmony.

Exercise 73:

Pay attention today again exactly to your appointments and promises and keep these.

Then rate here how exactly (+), inaccurately (-) or perhaps even earlier or better than promised (+++) you kept all appointments, promises etc.

Continued success with the implementation!

Recognition Unit 74:

Let us now look at some examples from daily life of how things go “wrong” if the law of trust is not applied in such a way that inner harmony is given:

• If one has little self-confidence and lacks the courage to nevertheless do something that one would not actually trust oneself to do – then one loses more and more self-confidence over time.

Because every time you pull back, our subconscious mind tells us: “See, I told you right away, that’s not for you. Leave it alone.”

Someone who doesn’t dare to do anything also falls very easily into depressions, which become stronger and stronger every time they pinch a challenge again. He becomes more and more disappointed in himself, has less and less self-confidence and more and more fears.

Such a person easily falls into a general question of meaning.

• At work there are always people who constantly interpret the actions and statements of their colleagues and superiors.

But almost always only negatively.

If, for example, the boss comes in and asks whether everything is all right, he can do so with even the most benevolent voice – a person without self-confidence will immediately accuse him of having meant that he had problems.

Such a person is extremely difficult to motivate and will find it very difficult to enjoy his work. And since he isn’t particularly motivated, he usually doesn’t really do his job very well and receives negative feedback – and then feels confirmed in his mistrust of himself, his superior and the world.

• In many partnerships it is the case that after some time the partnership comes into a crisis and trust often disappears in this crisis.

Then one often begins to control the partner.

If the partner notices this, however, his trust disappears even more. From this mutual distrust, the urge to have to justify oneself constantly arises. This in turn leads to aggression, which in the end usually leads to the end of the relationship.

• It is also the case that people who have no trust in themselves have no trust in other people either.

Such people always have the impression that the others cheat them, the others want to do them harm, the others put mantraps on them and so on. So, from the beginning there is mistrust in the encounter, which the other person feels and to which the counterpart reacts accordingly.

And so, one comes into a negative control loop.

Exercise 74:

Note here your experiences with the application of the guiding principle “I walk what I talk”.

Continued success with the implementation!

Recognition Unit 75:

How can we now apply the law of trust

to strengthen our inner harmony?

• If you have little self-confidence and the courage to go into difficult situations, even if you don’t dare to go too far in the beginning, you get away from it stronger afterwards, and with every new effort you dare to make, you become firmer. You become stronger.

You experience it again and again: people who at first were very cowardly, very dodgy, when they go through difficult, fearful situations, become stronger with every step.

Someone who doesn’t dare to do anything also falls very easily into depression. These disappear when he goes this way into difficult situations and get away from a situation stronger, stronger in each case, meaning gradually increasing.

• To those people who constantly assume in their profession that their colleagues and superiors think negatively about them or have negative intentions towards them, I advise to face these people impartially, to say what they want and to make concrete, constructive suggestions.

If they do this, they will realize that it is not the thinking of others that is negative and therefore strongly inhibiting trust, but their own.

• It is the case in many partnerships that after some time the partnership comes into a crisis and trust often disappears in this crisis.

But if the crisis is overcome, if it is overcome together because one still appreciates the other, then a completely new trust grows after the crisis, which is much more unshakable than before.

It is based on the fact that one can rely on the other, namely on the real, positive qualities of the other person, not on the self-presented or idealized things of the counterpart.

And one gets the impression that a good old-age relationship is a relationship in which trust is the basis, the very secure, deep basis for living together in the future. You can also trust when you get sick, when you get old, when you get senile – the other person will be there.

• If you realize that you are a very neat person who is very little creative, then you should try to do unnecessary things, meaning to do creative things.

To do something really stupid that doesn’t fit into one’s own grid. Conversely, if you are very creative and chaotic, you should learn to be disciplined.

To do the same things at the same time, so get used to a really tough structure and see how nice it is to have order in life. Over time you will experience the other pole positively.

And in this way, you will feel that you can do much more than you think you can have much more self-confidence.

Exercise 75:

Conclude a CONTRACT of CONFIDENCE with yourself in which you determine the conditions yourself, such as for example:

• No more lies or excuses,

• Do not point out mistakes to anyone unasked,

• Trust others,

• Don’t get angry with others…

…and what else you can think of.

Start with:

“I commit myself, from now on…” and below you set date and signature.

And you’ll be redirected to the next law.

Continued success …

Great, now you have successfully completed this exercise and internalised another step of the 12 laws. With each law, you will become more self-confident, think more sustainably and in a solution-oriented way. Each step will enable you to take the initiative and make conscious decisions in the future. Because who, if not you, determines your path.

By touching your mouse on the following button, you will reach the next exercise “No. 06 – The law of reality –
