As you were the first to take on the ‘Light Your Fire!’ coaching programme as a co-trainer, Andreas would like you to prepare and submit a report to him. After one year as a co-trainer, you can only obtain a franchise licence and trainer certificate if you document each coaching session.

   Today, the coaching session with Andreas will take place again. Everyone participating today should have practised this. To the co-trainers: It is actually your duty to be present at every announced coaching session. This is the only way you can become independent, motivating trainers in the future. This applies to Mr. Lebbie Ibrahim and Mr. Barnaba Osman Kwanjeli.
